Congratulations to the Hong Kong Academy of Medicine on its 25th Anniversary. Since its inception the Academy has grown in stature and influence, such that it organises, monitors, assesses and accredits all medical specialist training, continuing education, and development in the territory. I very much look forward to joining in the celebrations and hearing of the plans for the next 25 years of service in promoting the health and wellbeing of the whole community.
