2018 Hong Kong Academy of Medicine and Medical Alumni Golf Tournament

Time:
Shotgun start at 12:30pm. Only 80 players will be accepted on first-come, first-served basis. Late entries will be placed on the reserve list.

Eden Course- Hong Kong Golf Club (Fanling)

Eligibility:
All Academy Fellows and CUHK/ HKU Medical Alumni are welcome.
Golf Package:
Hong Kong Golf Club member: HK$100
Non-Hong Kong Golf Club member: HK$1,200
Golf Package Fee includes 18-hole courses, golf cart fee, snack pack, reception and buffet dinner.
Deadline for Entry:
10 September 2018
Format:
Stableford competition with handicap 24 for male and 28 for female.
Players with handicap above 24/28 will play off the limit. Men will play off the club tees (blue). Ladies will play off the forward tees (white)
Reception and Buffet Dinner:
All participants will be invited to a reception after the tournament, followed by a buffet dinner with prize presentation and lucky draw.
